He is a teacher of flute, saxophone / sax, clarinet, and electronic wind instrument lessons at home and at Burt's Music in Cary, NC. <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">He is one of several music teachers who do not delegate the teaching of students to others. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">He has previously served as an all county saxophone judge for middle school students. His students have achieved recognition as winners in the middle school all county concert and symphonic band competitions, in middle school all district concert and symphonic bands, in middle school all state honor bands, and in high school all district bands. His students have been accepted in UNCW, ECU, and Berklee University music programs. He's the father of two children and enjoys working with beginners as well as advanced students. </P></SPAN></FONT></body>
